Federal Ministry of Justice — Institutional Capacity Building
Worked directly with the Federal Ministry of Justice to design and deliver a comprehensive institutional capacity assessment and training program. We identified critical gaps in legal processing efficiency and developed a tailored curriculum for 120+ ministry personnel covering case management, digital record-keeping, and inter-departmental coordination.

IDP Legal Aid Network — Mogadishu
Deployed 24 community paralegals across six IDP settlements in Mogadishu. Paralegals received intensive training in Somali land law, family law, and GBV survivor support. They provided frontline legal triage to over 300 individuals, connecting cases to formal services and resolving the majority through community mediation.

HLP Rights Documentation — Kismayo
Conducted a systematic documentation project of housing, land, and property rights violations affecting displaced communities in Kismayo. Our team collected evidence from 200+ displaced households, producing a comprehensive report submitted to the Jubaland Ministry of Justice and international partners.

Somalia Digital Law Repository — Beta Launch
Developed and launched the first publicly accessible digital repository of Somali federal and FMS laws, regulations, and judicial decisions. The platform includes English and Somali language interfaces and serves legal professionals, government officials, and civil society organizations.
